Recommended Useage

While Funginix has instructions that come with it and on its website we've found that by adding these additional steps to the core Fungisil treatment results were remarkably more noticeable with those suffering from thickend nails.

step 1(Optional) - Gently wash nails in warm water for 5 minutes or so. Then proceed to file a thin layer off the nail. This will allow the treatment to get into the nail. Please do not file more than a thin layer of nail off or if you have discression please ask a doctor. Injury may result from overfiling!

Use this technique with tough, brittle, or thick nails where treatment may not be absorbed well.

step 1(Optional) - Soak feet in white vinegar for 30 minutes. Seriously if you've got the time in the evening while watching tv or reading the paper this soak will neutralize fungal growth and spread. It's just an extra little trick we can use to combat fungus.

step 1Keep your hands and feet dry and clean throughout the day to avoid creating the perfect environment for optimal fungal growth.

step 1Apply Funginix twice during the day. Preferably once in the morning before putting socks on and once in the evening before bed.

step 1 Use a cotton swab to get Funginix into the cuticle of the affected nails.

not happy

This product does NOT work. It simply covers up your problem. Used it for well over 6 months. If there were a rating below "1" I would have selected that. Don't waste your money or your time. Go and see a doctor.

Great Product

3 of 3 people found the following review helpful
I picked up a mild fungal infection after a pedicure. I noticed a dramatic, visible difference about 12 hours after the first treatment. I will continue to use the product as directed to ensure the infection is gone, but I would definitely recommend this product.

It Really, Really Works!

11 of 11 people found the following review helpful
I was skeptical, but after nearly 3 months of twice-a-day applications to my horribly yellowed, cracked, unsightly toenails, I could not be more pleased!! The stuff smells good too. I'm going to order another 3 months supply right now to make sure I've destroyed every last bit those nasty fungi. My only regret is that with winter approaching here in the northeast, I'll need to wait until spring before I can go in open-toed sandals for the first time in 20 years!

2 big-toes up !!!

7 of 8 people found the following review helpful
I tried the drug store off the shelf brands then gave up they don't work. Then I did a internet search and came up with Funginix a little high$$$$$ but its my body were talking about so I gave it a try. I notice results in 2 days. I will keep using it for 3 months like it says to do so it won't come back. Try it it will work.

Pleased

7 of 10 people found the following review helpful
I had a mild fungus that began developing about six months ago. I got psycho about it when my husbands friend made a snide remark about it.

The first product I tried was Fungisil. It seemed like it might have some effect on my affected nails.

I didn't do anything fancy with my treatment besides sticking to the directions. I think I'm starting to see a slow improvement in my nails. It's been around a month now since I started treatment.

Maybe its a little early to say anything but I certainly hope this is the last time I have to deal with nail fungus in my lifetime.
